uploading avatars from machine....

I deleted my previouys avatar and then I uploaded 1 from my machine in the 'Uplaod' box but then nuthin appeared when I viewed a post I had previously made. See, I have no avatar. WEhe I cvlicked submit, it said nothhing about my avatar bein to big or whever. Hmmm...Can some1 help me out?

try not to delete the avatar that's what I did; I uploaded without deleting.. and see Nic took the place of Daniel and Daniel took the place of Nic.
I changed to see what went wrong.. and i worked for me.
I am not sure that you can have a so big sig? or can you so that I can put an image I want but's too big

Don't try to upload a new avatar while at the same time deleting the original one. The best thing to do is to delete the existing one and then upload the new one (2 separate steps) to prevent the newly uploaded avatar from being deleted :)

And that signature is too big :)

I didn't do like that. I uploaded the new without deleted the older.. and it just took place of the old;
I might have been lucky I guess.
