I have a very slow computer, and I would like to know can please encode for me in mpeg 1 (vcd) the mtv asia sessions, I can even pay you if you want, if i do in mine it will be blocked for two days,
anyone can do this on their super faster computers? or is it not allowed? i don't have a good video memory on my computer so the only way i can see it is to burn it into vcd, it's the only way it works for me,
